随钻铰孔器用于钻井中的各种铰孔及扶正工作，尤其在钻研磨地层时稳定效果更为明显，它适用4 5/8″～28″的井眼。同一个本体适当配置滚轮和调压块，就可以用于不同的井眼。铰孔器的本体用优质合金结构钢制成，经热处理达到布氏硬度285~341，而最小冲击功达54J。
滚轮可提供三种：
1、窄齿型：对井壁起切削作用，用于软地层。
2、宽平齿型：对井壁起压碎作用，用于中硬地层。
3、镶嵌碳化钨柱：适用于硬地层。
The roller stabilizer (drilling reamer) is used for all kinds of reaming stabilization in drilling operation, especially the function of stabilization in drilling of the abrasive formation. It is a very popular tool for hole size from 4 5/8 to 26″. Additionally, it can be used in different hole when same body is equipped with different bearing block and roller. The body is made of modified alloy steel, fully heat treated to 285~341Brinell hardness and 54J minimum impact strength. nbsp; Rollers are available below; 1. Narrow-teeth type is used for cutting of hole wall for soft formation;
2.Wid-flat-teeth type is used for crushing into pieces of borehole wall for medium and hard formation. nbsp; 3.Inserted tungsten carbide alloy type is for hard formation.
