外齿是用以刮铣套管壁，修理鱼顶内径和水泥环的一种工具，还可用来刮削套管上残留水泥环、矿物结晶及小量的飞边等。
The outer tooth shoe is a special tool for washing over casing wall and cutting fish top inside diameter as well as cemet sheath. Additionally, it is used to mill away cement sheath, mineral crystals and some edge burrs left from casing wall.
