梨形磨鞋可用来磨削套管较小的局部变形，修理在下钻过程中各种工具将接箍处套管造成的卷边及射孔时引起的毛刺、飞边，清整滞留在井壁上的矿物及其它坚硬的杂物，以恢复通径尺寸。
The pear type mill shoe can be used to mill small local deformation of casing and finish all flanged edges, burrs of casing at coupling caused by all kinds of tools during running in hole and by perforation as well as remove all minerals and other hard settings around well wall so as to restore casing drift diameter.
